RDC's cultural broker leadership team helps guide and develop culturally and linguisticaly appropriate programming to ensure families can fully engage.

Our cultural broker leadership program helps provide culturally and linguistically appropriate programs and services at RDC. A cultural broker as a liaison, a cultural guide, a catalyst for change to assist the RDC and all the families we serve in providing culturally and linguistically competent programs and practices.
