RDC works with students who want to start or grow a business but need some support. We will provide language support and coaching throughout the process. If you have a business idea and need support, please contact us to learn more.

In partnership with the Lansing Area Economic Partnership (LEAP), RDC is a program partner for One and All, an inclusive entrepreneurship program designed to increase successful entrepreneurship and small business ownership among underrepresented populations including people of color, women, persons with disabilities, immigrants, military veterans, racial or ethnic minority groups and refugees.
